About your guide…
Hi,
My name is Sarah Caldicott and I am a modern medicine womb, a womb healer and energy medicine alchemist, who works in the realms of energy and also that of science, working for the NHS, supporting children to regulate their nervous system, create neurological change and come back into harmony with their body. I also support energy medicine clients with this neurologically, energetically and somatically through sacred body connection practices.
My gift and life learning has been enabling myself and then guiding other women to release themselves from the trauma and blocks held in the body and energetic field, to reclaim lost soul parts, come back into wholeness and balance, in order to lead soul aligned abundant lives.
I use womb healing, shamanic healing, womb yoga therapy, neuroscience, somatic and other energetic healing modalities to do this. I co-create with the clients I work with and spirit to intuitively guide and find what tools are needed to create the ‘just right’ medicine for that person.
This is my art and how I creatively work, focussing on the individual first. I was once told by a mentor that everything works for somebody but nothing works for everybody. I go into each session as an ‘hollow bone’ and work with each client in collaboration to find the practices, tools and medicine that support them uniquely and my goal is that they can come away empowered and feeling able to have the tools they need to make the changes they want.

Learn a journaling technique to start connecting with your soul purpose and highest self.

Week 2 - Access your Soul Purpose
Learn how to create sacred ceremony and shamanic journeying so that you can enter the timeless quantum realm.
Go on a shamanic journey to your conception to find out the reason for becoming.
Use journaling techniques to communicate with your higher self to find out next action steps you need to make.
Begin the process of your 2025 visioning.

Week 3 - Clear any old contracts holding your back
You will learn how to travel to the lower world, the realm of your unconscious mind, so you can bring your shadows that hold your unique gifts into the light, for healing and positive impact for the world.
This is where we go on a journey to clear any old contracts so that you can return to help ignite your inner spark, unique gifts and purpose.
This week’s practice will include a journaling and creating of your new contracts, so that you can access your gifts.

Week 4 - Retrieve your Highest Destiny
Travel to the upper world to retrieve your highest destiny for this life time. This is the highest expression of your soul purpose in this lifetime.
Take time to journal this highest destiny, so you can become familiar with all elements of this potential you hold for your work, relationships and life.

Week 5 - Install Your Highest Destiny into your Timeline
You will go on a journey to install your highest destiny into your timeline and learn how to communicate with. yourself in this destiny.
Your will learn journaling practices where you can know the steps needed to access this space, in order to find out what next aligned step you need to take in your life that feels easy and in flow.

Week 6 - Removing the blocks
As you begin to take the soul aligned steps towards your highest destiny and start following your highest guidance, blocks and sabotage patterns that you have not fully dealt with can arise.
This is where we go on a journey to the block in your past that is most beneficial for you to heal and rewire now, in a way that empowers you rather than revisits trauma. So that you can change your energy, create new neurological synapses and embody a new conscious state with ease and flow.
Learn how to create new synapses and affirmations that support your new state of being.
Learn how to continue forward using this practice yourself when any new blocks arise in a way that feels self and empowering, to achieve your 2025 vision. Leave with a clear soul aligned vision plan and confidence with how to take soul aligned intuitive steps to achieve it.
This Shamanic Visioning Journey to Anchor in Your Soul Aligned 2025 Vision is both In Person at Move Forward Totnes and Online via Zoom, and starts Friday 10th January 2025 10-11.30am GMT and will include video recordings in case you miss one and enable you to go over the practices at home and after the immersion ends.
For the in person offering mats, blankets and water is available, but please bring a journal and a pen, as this will be a key part of your practice over the the 6 weeks following the shamanic journeys and quantum time line work.
The healings and journeys will work remotely, so if you are not able to make it live you will find it as effective remotely on the video replay.
