About Your Guide:
I am Sarah Caldicott, an Energy Alchemist & Medicine Woman Facilitator
It Is My Mission :
To guide women back to a loving relationship with themselves and their bodies, to release the past and ancestral trauma and wounding’s that are holding them back from living a Wild, Vibrant, Soul Aligned and Abundance Life, full of meaning and purpose.
I believe that with every woman that I support to come back to her divine & sacred self, reclaim her inner healer, medicine woman, sage, doula, divine feminine change maker, that another 100 women will be healed and honoured in this lifetime.
To guide women on this sacred healing journey I combine 20 years of self-healing, travelling & learning from yogic and energy healing masters to training in women’s yoga therapy, working for the nhs using neuroscience for children with attachment disorder (resulting from early childhood trauma) meditation and living in ashrams, embodiment, shamanic healing initiations & learning from Inca shaman’s in Peru and womb healing apprenticeships and Advanced Energy Medicine Practitioner Training with The Four Winds Light Body School.
What I have discovered during this time of using energy medicine and science to support trauma recovery and healing is that the most significant for both my own healing and that of my clients is Shamanic & Womb Healing Energy Medicine Practices. This deep training programme will be the accumulation of all my training, experience and self-practice.
