Ten years ago I was sitting in my yoga studio after everyone had left. I was 36, I’d been a healer for fifteen years, and I felt like a total fraud. I was the "wise one" for everyone else, but my own pilot light was out. I felt like a brain on a stick. 

I was staring at a battery sitting on my desk. It was just an old AA battery. And suddenly it hit me.

No, I wasn’t going to become an electrician. 

But what does a dead battery have to do with being a powerful, magnetic leader?

In the real world, a battery has two poles. You need the positive and the negative to create a current. If you only look at the "light" side, nothing flows.

I realised I was doing all this "light" healing. Meditating, thinking positive, and playing the yoga teacher. But I was physically hollow. I was exhausted. My business was a struggle.

This is what happened to my energy when I stopped just "thinking" and started plugging into my physical power source. My lower belly. My womb.

This is the reward I got.. my PCOS healed, I was able to have children when I had been told previous I could not, and these are the messages I get daily from women who finally feel "alive" again:

Online and in the spiritual world, we are taught to stay in our heads. We try to "mindset" our way into being magnetic. But people don't buy your "brand colours." They buy your juice. They buy your fire.

If your "battery" is caged or disconnected, you’re just a spirituality storefront. Empty inside.
